Mortgage rates are mostly unchanged from yesterday. Mortgage rates improved modestly yesterday afternoon. However, this morning mortgage-backed bond prices have reversed pushing yields back to levels we saw yesterday morning. For now mortgage rates appear to reacting to technical trading patterns.
